Anyone experiencing a yellow screen glitch on apple watch series9, when taking off from wrist?

Apple watch series 8 yellow screen glitch when taking off from wrist. Yellow screen appears for very small time when always on display is on and the watch has been in that passive display mode for some time (the one that it shows when you are not interacting with watch) and then you remove the watch. This is very annoying. Is this a hardware or a software issue? Also, what is Apple doing about it?

Mine does this every time I remove it from my wrist. I’ve reset it and it’s up to date software wise. No resolution yet.
