If you used a debit card, there likely are some protections afforded.
Contact the debit card’s issuer for details and dispute procedures.
FWIW, Apple is not involved in the execution of ApplePay transactions. It’s all handled between the card issuers and the payments processing infrastructure.
(Much like Apple is not involved when you place or receive a phone call)
There’s got to be a way to get my money back. I used Apple Pay using debt card. Apple can easily look into the person. This is also illegal
