Iphone 15 wireless charging issue

I am facing issues of wireless charging with my new iphone 15 on the wireless pad in my car ( Skoda Kushaq) . I thought there was an issue with the phone and got the same replaced. However, the issue still remains. Anyone else facing the same issue ?
