How to access Apple email

I use Apple to log in to Reddit and I'm going to change my email. and a message appears saying Send verification code via email. @privaterelay.applied.com How do I access my email?

Try and send the verification code via the private relay. There is a good chance that the email is forwarded to the email address that you use with your Apple ID

Okay, can you try to turn off iCloud private relay to see if that fixes the issue?

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay, then tap Private Relay.
Do one of the following:

Turn off iCloud Private Relay temporarily: Tap Turn Off Until Tomorrow.
- Within 24 hours, iCloud Private Relay will turn back on automatically. If you want it to resume sooner, follow the instructions for turning it on at any time.
- Turn off iCloud Private Relay completely: Tap Turn Off Private Relay.
