Does anyone know what the orange colored swipe option does in the list of phone recents? Thanks.

Mystery solved. I summoned the courage to push the symbol with the orange background and it provides a convenient way to report junk phone calls received.

This is not what I'd call an intuitive UI element, nor does it seem ideal that finding out what that button does means searching the web and being fortunate enough to find someone who decided to click it and see.
How come part of the Phone Number is not shown when you swipe left?
Prior to swiping, the name (from Contacts) of the caller was displayed. It slid left out of view during the swipe.
