iphone 15 battery drain

I have an iPhone 15, been using it daily for the past 3 weeks. The battery drain is shocking, I have it fully charged to 100% at around 8am, during my work day with light use and use on my lunch break, it drops significantly, and by 6pm ish it’s down to 20-30%. On the latest software, so I’m not sure if it’s something I’m doing? I had an iPhone 13 Pro Max before and that would last almost 2 full days. Where as the 15 is barely lasting 12 hours
