I’m calling at the Apple technical support numbers for Greece and the phone doesn’t even ring. I have a 14 pro max since July 2023 and it’s lagging all the time. Unfortunately I can’t find anybody to contact.

Did you try to download the Apple Support app? It gives you technical support as a chat, or tells you what phone numbers, and many other resources
