Why I can not subscribe to Logic Pro for Ipad?

I have an Ipad pro with an M1 chip I recently download the Logic pro for IPad from the appstore, but when I got to the screen where I can chose in I want the yearly or by mont subcription, when the screen sho the note to use the botton to buy the subscription nathing happens, I try the getting off the swithing off in the purchases and getting buck it does not work steel.
