I am not able to use Jio app on my i phone 12, it is showing jail broken.

As kb1951 explained, you need to restore your phone to factory settings:

Why do you think that your phone was jailbroken? If you want to try to clear it, restore it to factory settings but do not restore a backup. Reload your apps manually.
