I have a Macbook Pro Late 2013, with MacOS Big Sur - Ver. 11.7.10

I need to update my Adobe Lightroom and other Apps, but I need an OS 12.0 as shown in the screenshot.

Is there any way to update my OS to upgrade the version??...

What is the latest version I can upgrade for my laptop??...

The highest possible upgrade for a late 2013 MacBook Pro is Big Sur macOS 11. See the following from Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support
