IPhone 15 Camera is showing some vertical Lines (Pink & Grey) while Zooming 1x & 2x

IPhone 15 Camera is showing some vertical Lines (Pink & Grey) while Zooming 1x & 2x, after clicking 12 photos it started malfunctioning so I updated to latest IOS 17.1.1 for checking whether it is a software issue but after updating to latest OS it's still malfunctioning. Is it a hardware issue? Will I have to pay for the damage as I have apple care protect+ and under 1 Year official Apple certified warranty.

I had this issue, and noticed that it only happens in low light and only when connected to a MagSafe compatible charger. In my case this is an Anker brand charger. Charger on and I see lines, pull charger off with camera still open and I can watch the lines disappear.

Why this is showing in camera and it’s in warranty period why not it’s repair in free ??
