Apple tv account keeps saying "unable to play"

I have an apple tv account, playing off a roku stick. All my other channels are working fine. the internet connection is fine. Apple tv will play the recap of a show and then when the show starts I get an error that says "unable to play. There's a problem playing this video. Try again or troubleshoot the issue." But I get this error on every show I've tried (tried 4 different shows). And when I hit troubleshoot, it just brings me back to the same screen. How do I fix?
