Missing the model and year

Hello! I have a problem, my MacBook Pro. When I open About My Mac, it looks like the model and the year is missing. Here's the screenshot of the evidence:

I try everything, but, none of them works. Also, when I search this ("com.apple.SystemProfiler.plist") file, this file is missing, is this file causing the missing the model and the year? I confused, please help me!

The model: MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011)

I have seen this with some of my organization's Macs. I have no idea why some of them encounter this and others do not. However, my organization's Macs are being managed by an MDM so that may have some effect on things. I believe I have also seen the issue on some much older Macs which were never part of the MDM. I've never been able to discern a difference between systems which would account for the issue.

You can get the exact model of your Mac by entering the system serial number here:

I did upgrade the RAM and the hard disk. But, the original hard disk of this MacBook Pro is still on this machine. So, I use the second HDD caddy to fit my original hard disk and replace the original DVD drive.

So, there are 2 drive on my MacBook Pro. In original place of the HDD, it's replaced by SSD. The DVD drive is replaced by second HDD caddy to fit my MBP original HDD.
