No they won’t buy it back from you but you could opt to sell it. This is dependent on how you received it. If you got it from a carrier promotion then you may not be able to sell it yet without it being an issue. You would need to check the terms of the promotion. But assuming it isn’t carrier locked, isn’t financed (if received “free” thanks to carrier credit spread out over a certain amount of time…usually 24-36 months for example).

No. Why would they do that when they never sold it to you. If they did that, then that would show that Apple is an insecure company, IMO. You'd need a proof of purchase, for one. So, take this as a good reputation of Apple.

Apple does not accept the current models as trade ins. Even if they did you wouldn't get anywhere near what you can get to just sell it outright.

Trading it in implies you are purchasing another phone which does not make sense.You could wait for the next generation iPhone and trade it in for that one.
