MacBook Pro M3 with macOS Ventura pre-installed, Can't yet Be Updated to macOS Sonoma - after reset mac stuck and not utilizable at all
I just received my new 14-inch MacBook Pro M3 chip and I have discovered that the laptop had macOS Ventura pre installed and, even worst, cannot currently be updated to macOS Sonoma at all as an error message says simply that macOS Sonoma is not supported by this mac (joking or what?!?)!
I immediately contacted the Apple Customer Care where I had, I need to say, the WORST Customer Experience ever with any Customer Care in general, non only with Apple!
Basically, I got ping-ponged among several levels of Tech Support and Sales support! No one had any idea about this issue and they started randomly to try WRONG solutions.
One of the agents asked me to reset my laptop completely and the result was that If now I try to install, in recovery mode, the macOS Sonoma the error I get is again the same mentioned above, but even worst, if I try to reinstall also macOS Ventura it says that also this operation is not allowed as there are missing part not available.
So i confirm! That's definitely the WORST Customer Experience EVER that you never expect from a company like Apple. Isn't it?
Any idea on how to sort it out?
