Why am I being charged if I have no subscriptions?

I haven’t bought ANYTHING and the only thing I “pay” for is storage space on my phone which is $.99 a month so give me my money back now!

For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support:

You need to contact Apple Support directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Keep Personal Info OFF of these Forums:

These forums are here for everyone out there to view. So, just be certain to keep personal information(Payment Info) off of these forums and other forums too. Anyone out there can read this info. For your Security & Privacy: I have asked the host to rid of the image you've provided. :)

This is a user forum and no one can tell you what the charge is for or give you your money back. You wouldn’t normally be able to make such a demand on any public forum anyway. But you can go to the following link and follow the steps in it to get to the bottom of things. Be aware that if someone else also uses your phone, shares an Apple ID or is in your family share group (if you have one) and is authorized to make charges they could be the one who did it. Also, if someone has access to whatever banking account you are seeing the charge on (like know your card number for example) they can also be using your card for their charges. These are just a few possibilities that may or may not be what happened. If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

"Why am I being charged if I have no subscriptions?: Ah yes change my wording so it doesn’t reflect the anger I hold against Apple. And take down the EVIDENCE I have of them taking money out of my account. Y’all are VERY suspicious people!"

"Suspicious"?

Rather than "suspicious", the acronym I could use is "helpful". We are all everyday users looking out for one another to troubleshoot issues. No on here has access to your account (and that is a good thing, BTW).

As you were already told….you are NOT speaking directly to Apple. No one said anyone else was using your card BUT it was given as an example of ways this could happen. You are getting unnecessarily angry at fellow users that do not work for Apple, are not Apple, and have provided you with links and info on how to try and get this taken care of. You literally have the steps to try and get this figured out yet instead of taking the time to follow them or fully read what was said to you (hence clearly stating “These are just a few possibilities that may or may not be what happened” and at no point said any of the examples were definitely what happened to you) you are responding to users who are not Apple employees and not capable of doing anything but help steer you in the right direction to get the situation resolved. FYI….its very probable that the screenshot you posted was taken down to protect YOU! This is a public forum. Not a great idea to post a screenshot of your banking info (totally different if you were in a secure Apple Support session with Apple directly via their chat function or text function, but never post that type of stuff on a public forum where any and everyone can see it….and if you do so it would be a good idea to blackout any info that could potentially be sensitive). I understand you are frustrated and upset but it’s impossible to try and assist anyone in any capacity when they won’t calm down and try to read what they are being told…the most important part being that this is not the place to speak directly to Apple and being directed to a link that would further assist you in trying to get it all figured out. Refusing to acknowledge being told that and still accusing people of being suspicious that are volunteering their time to assist a stranger with a problem that doesn’t actually affect any of us is disheartening and makes people less willing to help when it really isn’t their job or responsibility. Hope you get it cleared up.
