Do any of the Apple watches measure BP?
Looking for a smart watch to measure Heart rate, Blood Pressure and SPO2

Not yet, but stay tuned. As you would expect, blood pressure would be the next step for health monitoring on the Apple Watch. We will have to wait and see what comes from the R&D spent as well as regulatory approval and accuracy. There has only been rumors that we cannot comment on here.
