No "Energy Saver" on MacBook's Sys Prefs

I am trying to control the energy saver settings on my Mac Book (2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, macOS 13.5.2) but only can find a "Battery" setting in the System Preferences which does allow to set any settings like "put display to sleep", etc.)

My MacBook is connected via thunderbolt to my Studio Display.

I haven't used Ventura in a while, but I believe (just like it is in Sonoma), Laptops do not have an Energy Saver setting, only Battery.

As this article indicates, it is only available on Desktop Macs.
