Screen recordings with mic: input audio plays in Photos app, not after sending to someone

So I recorder gameplay with mic on, when I watch it from the gallery I can hear the mic audio but when I send it I don’t hear it at all is that a setting?

Audio cutting in and out when I record videos in camera, playing them back the audio cuts in and out. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes it’s really quiet, all in one video. I’ve tried doing voice recordings and videos on Facebook messenger, and calling people on my phone, and there’s no problems with sound then. It’s just when it’s my camera filming.

Just figured it out, I think it was because in iCloud
