Some videos uploaded to Shared Album weeks or months ago can't be played on iPhone (...error occurred with downloading from iCloud) - Some of them still can be played on Mac but some of them not. Seems some videos which were ok yesterday are now with the same problem..
I have the same issue and it just started a couple of days ago. Shared albums I've had for months have videos with these errors:
1) Unable to Load Video-An error occurred while loading a higher quality version of this video
2) An error occurred while playing this video
3) Cannot Load Photo
My videos work on my MacBook Pro but not on the iOS devices (iPhone, iPad). The proposed fixes for this do not work which makes me wonder if it's an iCloud sync/backup issue or an iOS software bug.
