Watch crashes during exercise, Apple support has ghosted me.
Like many other Apple Watch owners I have had the problem with my Watch crashing during my runs and re-booting with the "Would you like to enter Low Power Mode" request although the Watch actually has 50%+ per left. I will go further than the other users by telling you that I have had this problem for three years and two different Watches. The problem seems to occur more frequently in the winter, although the problem is not temperature related, often the Watch will crash when the temps are above 60 degrees.
Each year I contact Apple Support for help. After 2-3 attempts I will be assigned to an earnest technician who pulls out all of the stops to try to help me. I have tried all of the resets, had monitoring software installed several times, and even mailed my watch in for two weeks. Software engineers from Cupertino and elsewhere have been called in at the highest levels. Each year, after weeks of analysis with no solution, Apple then ghosts me. No call backs, nothing.
My watch just crashed again yesterday, should I call them and start this fool's errand again? Give up and get a Garmin?
