Purchases aren’t working in toca boca

I am trying to purchase some thing in Toca world and I enter in everything and it’s saying “oops that didn’t go through please try again”I’ve tried doing a bunch stuff i saw on google but none of it is working. what do I do now?

Can’t download -

Try a different wifi network; office, library, coffeeshop.
