Hi guys,
I have an issue with instagram in my iPhone. I’m not able to see the posts or stories in normal size, it’s cropped up or zoomed.
I Tried uninstalling the app tried restarting also.
tried logging in my android phone the problem is not there, only in my iPhone.
please help out.

Yes, there is an issue and it started from the iOS 15 + update.
I live in Japan and the problem has been persistent for the last 8 months. Today I finally figured out what the problem was for my device.
I changed my region from Japan to UK and opened instagram. The content was shown visible as it should be seen.
I chose the English (UK) keyboard and reverted my region back to Japan. The content then reverted to the original problem. Cropped, blurry, instagram story content.
I tried the process a second time with the same results.
For my third attempt I chose the English (US) keyboard with Japan region. Now everything is working perfectly.
There is bug within the iOS update, Instagram, and the US & UK keyboard with the Japan region.

Yes it’s issue with Apple phones only.
so what I did was i tried changing my region. And then when I logged in insta it was back to normal. settings>general>language and region. Change the region and check I guess it’ll help.

i’ve been having the same issue with posts and stories after i updated to ios17
reported to instagram multiple times, no response
starting to believe it is an apple issue.
