You are likely telling us that you have an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.

The last update for these models was iOS 12.5.7. No more updates after that.

The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus cannot be updated to iOS 13, 14, 15, etc.

There is (as of right now) no iOS 12.7.5. I suspect you mean iOS 12.5.7.

This will not let you update to iOS 13 or later. The phone will not offer incompatible versions of iOS to you.

iPhone 6 can update to iOS 12.5.7

iPhone 7 can update to iOS 15.x
