I have checked and Im not subscribed to any unusual calendars. I can't delete it as no option to delete. Im worried if I decline it, i might inadvertently give access to spammers. How can I block and delete safely?

here is what you need to do. Tap and hold the calendar event in question. A pop up will show up. Click on cut. Return to the calendar the event in question will be greyed out or canceled. You can now delete it

In IOS 17, unsubscribe doesn’t show up as an option and I have no rogue calendars.

I've tried - I can't find any unsubscribed calendars.
