Restore from iCloud to iphone

I got a new phone and I want to transfer apps and data from backup but do not see option. I put sim into new phone and it immediately populated with my contacts and calendar but not all my apps. I see no option that gets me to the option to restore from iCloud. Where is it? Thanks.
