Deleted app store

Swipe a few times with your finger to left till you see a App Library and find the App Store Icon then press and drag them to your home screen

It is not possible to delete the App Store, so you either disabled it in Screen Time or you just removed it from the Home Screen, but you can still find it in the app library (the last page of the Home screen) and drag it back to where you want it.
