How to activate Voicemail on my iPhone?

Just upgraded to a new iPhone 14. I'm unable to set up my voice mail. What's up here? It says Try Again Later.

The voicemail settings are controlled by your carrier, so contact your carrier.

Since VoiceMail is a specific cellular carrier service/feature, contact your carrier and check your/their configuration.
