Apple Watch not tracking sleep

I bought the watch series 8 at the beginning of September and I’ve been tracking sleep and stages ever since. It worked perfectly fine until two nights ago when it stopped recording. I saw it happened to a lot of people so I checked all the steps described in the comments yet nothing seems to work. I turned off and on both the watch and iPhone still nothing.

Hey there Ddidux,

If your sleep details are no longer showing up accurately or being tracked, make sure you have Sleep set up properly as show here first: Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone - Apple Support

You can choose to disable Sleep then toggle it back on to try refreshing the setting/features, then set it up again using the link above.

Take care!
