How to control print scaling in Photos in iPadOS 17?

In the Photos app in iPadOS 17, we've noticed that portions of images are cut off when we print out to a sheet of paper on our local printer. So far we are not finding a way to change the scaling of the image, or the position of the image on a page.

Is there a trick to this? Or is there another simple app that can be used to accomplish this?
