AirPrint And iOS 17

I do not use a VPN, so that is not an issue. I have updated my printer’s (Canon laser) firmware, I have turned off my modem/router, I have turned off all my Apple devices, and restarted everything. AirPrint is still not functioning. Anyone have any other suggestions?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.0
