A friend of mine was drunk a accidentally typed a wrong password on her iphone too many times at first it said „iphone unavailable try in 10, the 15 mins“ she tried again and with the right password (it appeared thst she wrote the wrong digit, but even after that iphone now shows it’s unavailable for 1 hour. What should we do?

If it blocked her additional time that means she still wasn’t entering the correct password. The article above gives you the steps that would be required. If it’s been less than 72 hours she can use the old password to temporarily login (assuming she has iOS 17. You never specified which iPhone she has unless the iPhone 6 showing is the model she has…which would mean that isn’t an option). Once the hour passes she can try again but if it’s wrong again she will be locked out again for another hour or more.
