iPad 8 not opening Numbers. iPad is running 17.03 When you tap to open app it starts then immediately closes.??

For Apps that unexpectedly close, Apple offers the following advice:
You may need to delete and reinstall the Numbers App.
Check Settings > Numbers > Version. It should be 13.2.
