Why my account been disabled?

May I know why my Apple account has been disabled? I want to make using of my iTunes account today then I got a notification that my account has been disabled

It is usually a billing-related issue. If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
