What can I do when my iPhone says your account has been disabled in the Apple Store and iTunes

like it won’t let me update or play anything and when I play it says the same thing or it logs me off even on settings

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
