My phone is not letting me download apps or like buy apps, so yeah and I was gonna tell when I try to download an app it tells me your iTunes and your Apple store has been disconnected

When you see a message your account has been disabled in the app store and iTunes, it means there is an issue with your account. You will have to contact Apple to resolve the issue. You haven't contact Apple here on this user to user only forum.

These past few months I’ve been trying to buy something from my app that I like Toca, Boca and it’s telling me that my iTunes and my Apple store has been disconnected. I’m not even allowed to update stuff because it’s telling me that my iTunes in my Apple Store has been disconnected.
NO ONE here can fix your disabled account. I already told you we are all users on this user to user only forum. You MUST contact Apple directly and that's why I provided a link for you to open, which has the words request reactivation, which you click on to reach Apple.
So that’s all I need because I need you to try to connect my iTunes in my Apple Store back
