AirPods Max just stopped working.

Hey everyone, I need some help with my Airpod Max. They suddenly stopped working and won't connect to anything. I tried resetting them, but it didn't make any difference. I can still see the lights turning on and off, but I can't hear any sound or noise cancelling. I also read somewhere that removing and reattaching the headband might fix the problem, but that didn't work either.

I'm really frustrated and don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Thanks in advance.
