Can I share my toca world with friends?
I don’t understand how I can’t figure this out!
I want to share my purchases with a friend so they can have all my cool things. why can’t I give my stuff to other Apple ID?

No that is impossible. You cannot share purchases, each purchase is linked to one Apple ID.
