Cant see my purchase but money deducted

I purchased a subscription for an app and money was deducted however there’s no subscription activated. Also, apple purchase history or subscription doesn’t show my purchase

Try and look for your purchase history

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support
