iPhone language has changed and I am unable to unlock it

My daughters iPhone is passcode locked but the language has changed and obviously we don’t know the language. Is there a way to change it back? Can not get into setting as it’s locked, tried Siri but have to put passcode in to use Siri too

I'm afraid, if the Lock Screen code is alphanumeric and you can't guess the by looking at another keyboard layout, you will have to erase the iPhone and set it up again from the latest backup.
