Why is the Comcast sent email on my iMac suddenly listed by "from"(me) instead of "to"?

Mail is resending old sent emails There are many reports of this same behavior, but all that I've looked at are years old - 10 to 19 years. Mail 16.0 on my Mac running Monterrey 12.6.3 is occasionally re-sending emails I've sent days before. I automatically send to myself so that I see my conversations on all devices, but this is not honored. That is, the sent mail goes to the 'To' addressee, but not back to my BCC address. My wife sees the same thing happening on her mac. Can this be fixed with a parameter change?

If you didn't change anything, I've no idea why it may have changed on you.
