my iTunes are disabled

When I try to get into my iTunes account it says it is disabled. I am unable to get into it

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.7

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
