iPhone volume glitching

I think this has been happening since the ios 17 update. I’ve been not able to have control over the volume. When I try increasing, it stays low and vice versa. If I keep on trying again, the volume fades in and out and stays on the same level instead of increasing when I use to vol up button. It has been very irritating. Am I the only one? And no it’s not the “attention awareness feature” I have all those settings turned off and I still face the glitch.
