If you have already spoken to Apple, and still waiting on a callback, they should have given you a case number. We recommend reaching back out to Apple and provide them with the case number. It should save you the time of starting over explaining what's going on, and all the steps you have tried. You will want Apple looking into this with you further to find out what's causing the problem with sound when recording.
