MacOS Ventura WIFI Issues

I have an iMAC M1 with macOS Ventura. This morning, my iMac wifi keeps connecting and disconnecting. I tried every instruction on Google, but none worked. All other devices connect well to the wifi though. I thought maybe I had not updated a new version which is macos sonoma, that might be why I had that wifi issue. I tried to use my phone's personal hotspot to update macos sonoma since my imac cannot connect to wifi, but it was super slow (it took 3-4 hours), then I gave up. So I decided to reset my iMac, it is updating macOS Ventura. Now it keeps staying at "about 2 hours and 55 minutes remaining. My personal hotspot is probably not enough to update it, I thought. I spent all day trying to fix it, now I messed up. Is there any way I can fix this? Will my imac get updated by using my personal hotspot from my iphone alone?
