In MacOS Sonoma Tips app does't close and when i check my screentime it says that i've use macbook for 24h straight a day becouse of Tips app constantly opened!
How can I close Tips app?

Restarting your laptop could help indeed. If you're facing this issue with other apps then tips ( I had it once with a website for example) turning off screen time and afterwards turn it back on again could be also of help
Restarting laptop after upgrading the system solved the issue for me.
