New iPhone 14 selectively receiving calls
New phone on Verizon network can make calls but will not receive calls from other iPhone or lan line. I did get a call from a trac phone

Troubleshooting Calling:
Contact your Carrier (Verizon?), as they are the one who provide you with the service of Calling. The SIM card may need to be reconfigured correctly.
