Wordscapes app doesn’t automatically lock after 30 seconds of non use.
My iPhone 13 mini does not auto lock after no usage. It does on other apps and the home screen. How can I correct this?

Hello Twizzlette,
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see you have some questions about your Wordscapes app, and we'd like to help. The following link may be able to help with what you're seeing, as it goes over what to do if you have issues with a third party application: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support
Regards.
There are many 3rd party apps, which don't lock after 30 seconds or however much time you have set for your iPhone screen to lock. Apple doesn't own the app, nor the code for the app. When using this app, you'll just need to remember to lock your screen if you want to lock your screen. You can certainly reach out to the app developer of Wordscapes and let them know your thoughts about using their app.
I completely understand that. The response here is to reboot your phone and do several other things which I know won’t fix the problem. That was my only point responding with what you said would be much better.
This doesn't answer the question at all. They are nice general suggestions, but don't affect the problem at all.
I understand. I don't know why you were advised to reboot your phone. It won't do a think to change how Wordscapes work on your iPhone.
