Apple wallet credit card notification issue

I’ve recently added a replacement credit card to my apple wallet. The card works and I’ve successfully used it with Apple Pay. However, I am not getting Apple wallet notifications for this card specifically. Overall notifications for Apple wallet are turned on. When I go into the Apple wallet, tap on my card in question, and then tap the top right circle with 3 dots in it. It only has 2 options, card number and card details. There is no option for notifications. All my other cards have the option for notifications in this menu. When talking with Apple they say I need to talk with my financial institution. My financial institution is saying they’ve never seen this before and others in the office that use iPhones have the notification option available to them in Apple wallet. They also confirmed they are not aware of any service reduction regarding the card and Apple wallet. Anyone else run into this issue and how did you remedy it? I’ve already tried removing the card and adding it back to my Apple wallet with no luck.
