Some Web page not work after this updates iOS 17.3

now I cannot access in after last update iOS 17.3

I assume you meant iPadOS 17.0.3.
Please be more precise about what you think is wrong about it or not working. When I look at that site’s home page, all images and icons seem to load fine. I see some images weirdly stretched out of their intended aspect ratio, but that has little to do with the browser, and all with the site creator/designer.
